The cover is manufactured from industrial-strength 600gsm PVC material that spans the entire pool surface. This material is reinforced with heavy-duty aluminum support poles that run across the width of the cover, creating a solid structure that can support significant weight—up to 220kg.
The cover is secured to the pool deck using industrial-grade stainless steel ratchets and anchor points, ensuring it remains tightly in place even in adverse weather conditions. This creates a drum-tight surface that prevents anyone from falling into the water below.
Integrated drainage holes throughout the cover allow rainwater to pass through while preventing the accumulation of standing water on the surface. This eliminates the drowning hazard that can occur with standard covers where water can pool on top.
The cover also serves multiple additional functions beyond safety. It blocks sunlight from entering the pool, preventing algae growth and reducing chemical consumption. It also prevents evaporation, saving thousands of liters of water annually and reducing the need for frequent top-ups.
